FCL In English

Hi,

I have recently moved to Luzern for work reasons and being a football addict I am now following FLC and loving it.

I have created an english language FCL site at

I will try to keep this up to date, hoping it could be a place for english speaking fans and also to get an 'outside' view on Luzern.

I hope to buy the season ticket this week, anyone who can tell me where to buy it and what section to get for the main home standing area?

just be aware, that the team will play their following home games in Emmenbrücke, besides of Pratteln (near Basel), the ugliest and most dangerous place in Switzerland. Just take your season ticket with you and leave your money at home. It's a place, you won't spend more time than you have to.

The main home standing area is going to be "Zone 2"... so go for it asap since there is just little space in the temporary stadium in Emmenbruecke (rather then ending up in "Zone 4") cheers

I will try to buy my zone 2 ticket today.

As for writing in english, you may be right that there are not huge amounts of non-swiss FCL fans, though there is a pretty large english speaking expat community around zug and luzern, hopefully some of them will read it and go to a game.

Ideally I would also like to add a page with the songs and one introducing the supporter groups and the tifos etc, if someone could help me with that this would be really appreciated.

To make it even better David Zibung managed to save a penalty in the final minutes. I was very happy for him as he has had an excellent season.

yes, well almost. my first game was against Sion last august. I think i have seen about 10 games at the allmend and five away.
